Livable City?

I usually take these rankings with a grain of salt, especially without examining the basis for their analysis..... this one from Forbes was interesting though placing Ann Arbor as the 4th most livable city in the nation based upon a Unemployment Rank, Crime Rank, Growth Rank, Low Cost of Living Rank, and Arts & Leisure Rank (for impatient folks, Pittsburgh and two in Utah(?!) ahead of us).
