An idea for Claytonia

Photo from Shana of Gastronomical Three

So I met a third of the Gastronomical Three this past weekend at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market. Some of the greens she grabbed ended up part of the lovely dish photographed above and in a recent post 3 Simple Dinners That Look Ahead to Spring. Their blog is definitely worth the read.

I also met Diana Dyer at the market this past weekend and have been reading her blog as well.

Which leads me to say, if you ever stop by my stall at the market and have a blog, please do let me know about it. Such a great community!

  • I'm another third of the Gastronomical Three. I was by today, but you were deep in conversation, so I bought a big bag of stemmy arugula and went on my way. The greens are destined for a white pizza with a touch of pancetta tonight. Check on the blog in the next few days . . . there might even be a picture!

  • Hiya, Mr. Brines! I'm a kale-seeking blogger from Scio Twp. and I blog over at http://eatclosetohome.wordpress.com/ . I'm your basic organic locavore and thrilled to be in Ann Arbor, which I believe is one of the most sustainable places one can live. I came by your booth last Saturday for kale but you were out already. *woe*
