Caroline's Lunchbox

A shout out to the wonderful blog Caroline's Lunchbox which has blogged some about Brines Farm at the A2 Farmers Market and from which these photos originate. It was a pleasure to meet Caroline and her mother Betty who does the blogging (and her father too!) this past weekend. Why is it called Caroline's Lunchbox? This blog began as a way to document my experience preparing nutritious meals and snacks for Caroline to take to daycare that are made with ingredients grown/raised without harmful chemicals and sourced as close to home (Lansing, Michigan) as possible.
