Winter CSA: Week 18

Greetings all. Realizing in the recent note to shareholders I misspoke... there are actually 5 more weeks after this one. I included the final week of April in the original share calculation (concluding on Saturday, May 1st) to be the final share. So more opportunity to enjoy the bounty. This week:

Spring salad mix including multiple heirloom lettuces.



Big bag o spinach



Arugula



Really big bag of Swiss chard



Zesty mustard greens ( trust me, they are good for you)



Komatsuna and Toscano kale (for stir fry or sauté?)
