Winter CSA: Week 8

Happy New Year! We hope you had a great holiday season. The bitter cold temps have arrived which tightens our harvest window but we were able to get some harvesting in... Probably more next week looking at the weather forecast.



Winter Salad Mix - lots of heirloom lettuces this week.



Claytonia - add into the salad or eat as its own fresh salad

Red choi - great for stir fry our soups

Hakurei turnips



Last of the sweet potatoes this year (with the summer drought our harvest was about 40% of the previous year)
