Winter CSA: Week 9

Well were into some meager weeks given the length of daylight is still a bit short so things are very slow to grow. But that will change soon enough.

Claytonia (aka Miner's Lettuce - great fresh salad right now, can mix it in with the salad)

The sweetest turnips there are, greens and globes clean up nicely - Hakureis



Winter squash
