Winter CSA: Week 3
Some super cold nights this past week brrrrrr but thankfully it warmed back up a little. As the thanksgiving holiday closes in we hope to stock your refrigerator:

L to R: Sweet potatoes and potatoes; black spanish radish, watermelon radish, heirloom/open pollinated turnips, beets; collards; salad mix; arugula; kale; chard; super mustardy mustard greens

And choice of one heirloom/open pollinated winter squash from primarily blue hubbard, red kurri, amish pie, and long island cheese varieties. Great for squash butter, soup, pies, and more. Sweet enough to eat on their own as well or I like to mix them into quesadillas or burritos.
