Summer CSA: Week 3

This weeks' share!  Similar to last week but with a couple new items!

Rhubarb!

Green Garlic a.k.a. immature garlic that was thinned from garlic beds.  You can read about it and garlic scapes at various places including this link.

Chard - We grow a few varieties particularly known for their tenderness, which is amplified even more when it is hoophouse grown.
