Winter CSA: Week 6
Hmm well we've had a bitter cold spell, a warm-up, and now another bitter cold spell. I'd settle for just a consistent 30 degrees frankly. These swings drive us with hoophouse and cold storage crazy. Wonder what kind of winter it will be.
Regardless, the greens look nice this week!

Left to Right: Green Wave mustard greens, baby collards, salad mix arugula

Top to Bottom: leaf broccoli raab (in this picture my personal favorite variety Spigariello Liscia, but some shares have Spring Raab from last week's photo), open pollinated Komatsuna, open pollinated kales.

Heirloom turnips, black radish, watermelon, and a few open pollinated carrots here and there.
Enjoy! Stay warm!
