Winter CSA: Week 3

This week saw the arrival of some bitter overnight lows.... But we still have you covered. At market for retail we will have some salad mix and Toscano/dinosaur kale.

But the full winter share pickup includes:



Jumbo bag of winter salad mix



Spinach



Zesty arugula



Red giant mustard greens



Lots of Toscano (Lacinato or "dinosaur" type) kale!!!



Lots of Swiss chard!!! Including fordhook giant, bright lights, and Bionda Di Lyon varieties.

So keep warm and snuggle up to some serious greens this week. Enjoy.
