Winter CSA: Week 10

Yikes, some bitter bitter cold temps this week. Was hoping we were done with those. Well we see what effects those have on the crops next week and thereafter. But a pretty decent full share this week....



Winter salad mix (the little tasty green remember is claytonia or "miner's salad")

Taste of baby mustard greens



Baby pac choi



Baby napa cabbages
