Winter CSA: Week 9
Hi folks! So late middle January and things are sorta looking alright... Although still just mostly filling shares only. Sorry retail customers. Anyway in this week's full share there is some decent variety:
Winter Salad mix
Spinach
Arugula
More carrots!
Black Summer baby pac choi
Baby napa cabbage
And, also, for most of you this week (and the next week or so), eggs from Matt Demmon's farm in Northfield Township. These will most likely be the only items during the CSA that don't strictly come from Brines Farm... But we hope you enjoy this brief addition of beautiful colored eggs from humanely treated free-range organically fed chickens.
