Winter CSA: Week 4
Well we hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving holiday. In the last weekend of November's share we have:

Big bag of salad mix

Baby arugula

Random baby cabbages

Some broccoli raab (rapini)... Sessantina Grossa variety

Big ole bag of Komatsuna. While it currently hasn't been the most aesthically pleasing this crunchy, juicy stemmed Asian green is packed with nutrients. Here below I've diced it small and cooked it just briefly with some olive oil. Added to a side of beans and my whole wheat biscuits and I have a quick & wholesome meal.
