Winter CSA: Week 12
Looks like a few more bitter cold nights coming this week in the forecast but with any luck we'll be getting some of those high pressure crisp clear blue sky February days soon... Which the greens could really use. Next week we'll be handing out some of the frozen summer harvest which we saved for these weeks plus kale, spinach, carrots, and claytonia and more coming soon. But first this week's share:
