Winter CSA: Week 11

Not only has it remained quite cloudy, but some of the nights have remained bitter cold with lows around 5 degrees F a few times at the farm this past week. I guess it isn't thing we don't expect for January but the greens would sure appreciate any reprieve the weather could see our way this coming week. We did eke out some fresh greens again this week of course but thank goodness for cold storage crops (no more squash but the biggest sweet potatoes remain for coming weeks).
