Winter CSA: Week 8

Due to the farmers market being closed the next two Saturdays on holidays we've moved the shared pickup to Wednesdays at 8am-11:45am. This week we've still been dealing with lack of daylight and cold temperatures. The greens we have been able to eke out are quite sweet tho, so enjoy!

Baby red choi



Big brassica bag containing red komatsuna, komatsuna, and Tokyo bekana. The super cold has one benefit, making this greens super sugary sweet. Just cut them up an cook them in a little olive oil. Delic.
