Winter CSA: Week 13

Well we plod along taking what the weather is giving us, which is mostly clouds and cold so far...



Winter salad mix

Collards



Sweet red Russian kale



Onion



Big bag of sweet potatoes



And a collaborative product between Brines Farm and The Brinery. I gave David at harvest time a bunch of our various cabbages and kohlrabi and he returns them to us with his fermented touch. Enjoy!
